Reach into your closet and slide the hangers over until you find the outfit that you most desperately want to look fabulous in again. It doesn't matter if it's your favorite pair of skinny jeans, a slinky black dress, or even a favorite bikini.
Put the outfit on.
Don't worry if you can't button or zip it, if it pulls, tugs or bulges at the seams. Take some full body photos of yourself in the outfit - front view side view and rear view.
Then, put the same item on every three weeks and take pictures from the same angle. Because you see yourself every day, you may not notice any changes when you look in the mirror.
